Council meetings
Meet at 9 am in the large Community Room of the Clearwater East Library on St Petersburg College Campus located at 2465 East Drew St, Clearwater. (corner of Drew St and Old Coachman). Free parking. Social time 9 am, council meeting begins promptly at 9:30 am.
2025-2026 council meeting dates are: Sept 2, Oct 7, Jan 6, Feb 3, April 7, and May 5.

St Petersburg Panhellenic 100th Anniversary Celebration!
Date: Saturday Nov 01, 2025 from 2pm to 4pm
Cost:

Location: St Petersburg Yacht Club, 11 Central Ave, St Petersburg
Join alumnae sisters from the entire area to celebrate 100 years of Panhellenic sisterhood! Reminiscing with an old fashioned tea, plenty of food and beverages. Local women from various sororities will be honored, and several women who have been members for decades are being interviewed for a video history of these past 100 years.
Tea buffet includes assorted Tea Sandwiches (Open Face Cucumber with Dill Cream Cheese on White Bread, Ham Salad on Rye with Spinach Leaf, Open-Faced Smoked Salmon Mousse, Chicken Salad on Wheat Bread), Deviled eggs, Scones with Clotted Cream & Raspberry Jam, and Miniature Tea Cookies.

Speaker: Holly H Duncan (Kappa Kappa Gamma) the Featured Speaker, will share her inspiring reflections on legacy, resilience, and the power of sorority sisterhood.

Special Keynote Guest acclaimed Director and Playwright, Helen R Murray
Helen Murray is Producing Artistic Director of the American Stage, outgoing Executive Producer for the Aurora Fox Arts Center, and former Artistic Director of the Hub Theatre in Virginia. Her original plays have been widely produced including at Kennedy Center’s Page to Stage Festival. She has acted and directed across the country at Malibu Playhouse, The Hub Theatre, The Aurora Fox, Montgomery College, Spooky Action Theatre, and the Kennedy Center. Her co-adaptation of Wonderful Life earned her a Helen Hayes Award nomination for Outstanding New Play, and her original play, Abominable, was nominated for the national Steinberg New Play Award. She is also the recipient of the Puffin Foundation Award for Outstanding Emerging Artist, and the Washington Canadian Partnership Award for Leadership in the Arts.
